Alright. So, P90X will give you exactly what it promises as long as you stick with it and eat well. This is a difficult – and I mean difficult – workout set. It combines several different things, including core workouts, cardio, and muscle building.
It was too hard for me to finish as a 90 day program, but I utilize certain DVD’s for what kind of workout I want. I tend to use only the cardio or the abs workouts, as I find the arms and chest workouts too difficult for me and it becomes frustrating that I can’t actually do the workouts in the videos.
Overall, it’s a great set of workout DVD’s with a lot of diversity. I think if you can power through and build the strength to go through the DVD’s, it’s worth your time.
